By downloading, accessing, or using the Calling Astro application (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Calling Astro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• The App, including its design, features, content, trademarks, logos, source code, and intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Calling Astro.
• You are strictly prohibited from:
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing the App or any part of it
  • Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer the source code
  • Creating derivative works or translating the App into other languages
  • Using our trademarks or branding without written permission

All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by Calling Astro.

3. App Usage & Security

Calling Astro stores and processes personal data in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access credentials.

We strongly advise against:

• Jailbreaking or rooting your device
• Using unauthorized software or modified operating systems

Such actions may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and cause the App to malfunction or stop working entirely.

4. Modifications & Charges

We strive to keep the App useful and efficient. Therefore, we reserve the right to:

• Update or modify features
• Introduce paid services or subscriptions
• Discontinue certain functionalities

Any charges will be clearly communicated in advance. We will never charge you without explicit disclosure and consent.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that operate under their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies, including:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Facebook

Calling Astro does not control and is not responsible for the terms or practices of third-party providers.

6. Internet & Data Usage

Certain features of the App require an active internet connection. Calling Astro is not responsible for reduced functionality due to:

• Poor network connectivity
• Lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data
• Exhausted data plans

If you use the App on mobile data or while roaming, your mobile network provider’s charges may apply. You are solely responsible for any such costs.

If you are not the device bill payer, you confirm that you have obtained permission to use the App.

7. Device Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your device remains sufficiently charged
• The App is accessible when required

Calling Astro is not liable for service interruptions caused by device failure or battery depletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to keep the App accurate and updated, some content relies on third-party data and services. Calling Astro shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the App’s information or functionality.

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

9. App Updates & Termination

• The App is currently available on Android and iOS
• System requirements may change over time
• You agree to install updates when offered

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease
• You must stop using the App and uninstall it if required

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
