This  mobile application (“Platform”) are owned and operated by Calling Astro (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”), including its affiliates and partners. Calling Astro can be accessed through multiple digital interfaces, including  mobile applications, whether owned or operated by us or authorized third parties.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, through which astrology-related consultations, spiritual guidance, pujas, remedies, products, and allied services (“Spiritual Advisory Services”) are provided.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

IMPORTANT EMERGENCY NOTICE

Calling Astro is NOT an emergency or medical service.

If you are:

• Thinking about harming yourself or others
• Feeling suicidal
• Facing a medical or psychological emergency

You must immediately contact local emergency services or a suicide prevention helpline such as AASRA (+91-22-27546669).

Calling Astro and its service providers are not equipped to handle emergency situations. Any continued use of the Platform in such circumstances is entirely at your own risk.

1. Acceptance & Updates of Terms

Calling Astro may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Consent

By accessing, registering, or using Calling Astro, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You expressly agree to be legally bound by them
• You consent to receive communications via SMS, email, app notifications, or WhatsApp

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Description of Services

Calling Astro is a technology-enabled platform providing:

• Astrology consultations (chat, call, video)
• Horoscope, Kundli, numerology & tarot services
• Puja, havan, rituals & spiritual offerings
• Sale of spiritual products & remedies

Services may be Free, Paid, or both. Paid services require user registration.

4. Registration & Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older
• Must be legally capable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Minors may only be discussed with respect to family queries

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Providing false or misleading data may result in suspension or termination of the account.

Accounts can be created using:

• Mobile number (OTP)
• Email or third-party login (if enabled)

Multiple accounts by the same user are strictly prohibited.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Calling Astro shall not be liable for any loss due to unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

6. Independent Service Providers

Astrologers, pandits, and consultants listed on Calling Astro are independent professionals, not employees.

• Calling Astro acts only as an intermediary technology platform
• We do not control, guarantee, or endorse predictions or advice
• Each service provider is solely responsible for their guidance

Users engage with service providers at their own discretion and risk.

7. First Free Chat/Call

Calling Astro may offer a limited first free chat or call to new users.
A “new user” is determined by a unique mobile number and device ID.

This offer may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

8. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways
• No refunds once a service has started or been delivered
• Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of booking, where applicable
• Incorrect user-provided details are not eligible for refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after applicable deductions and credited to the user wallet or original payment method.

9. User Conduct & Content Rules

Users must not:

• Post abusive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Harass or discriminate against service providers
• Promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Engage in black magic, witchcraft, tantrism, or voodoo

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. Prohibited & Restricted Content

Calling Astro enforces zero tolerance for:

• Child exploitation or abuse
• Sexual or pornographic content
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Terrorism or violent extremism
• Self-harm or suicide promotion
• Sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or dangerous products

Any violation will result in strict legal action where applicable.

11. Medical & Professional Disclaimer

Calling Astro does not provide:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Legal or financial advice

Users must consult licensed professionals for such matters. Calling Astro bears no liability for decisions taken based on astrological advice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Calling Astro—including logos, text, graphics, software, and designs—is the exclusive property of Calling Astro or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy Policy

Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Calling Astro takes reasonable steps to safeguard user data but is not liable for breaches due to user negligence.

14. Limitation of Liability

Calling Astro shall not be liable for:

• Accuracy of predictions or outcomes
• Technical interruptions or network issues
• Loss due to unauthorized access
• User decisions based on advice

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calling Astro and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Violation of third-party rights

16. Termination

Calling Astro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if:

• Terms are violated
• False information is provided
• Abuse or misuse is detected

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
