Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Application refers to the software program named CallingAstro Pro, provided by the Company and downloaded on any electronic device.
• Company (referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to CallingAstro pro Astrotech OPC Pvt Ltd,

• Goods refer to the physical items offered for sale through the Service.
• Orders mean a request made by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Application or App operated by the Company.
• You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods, or the date a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Once the returned Goods are received, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used during purchase. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days
• The Goods must be unused and in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed
• Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired
• Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Discounted or sale items are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping. Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned Goods or valid proof of delivery.

Gifts

• If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value once the item is received.
• If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
